As a group, we accept that learning is a natural part of living, an ongoing process that continues throughout life. By just living a full and joyous life, we will learn everything we need to know. We choose to unschool as a way to break free from the limitations of traditional schooling and its methods. None of us are perfect and some of us may have just begun our unschooling journey, but we encourage each other in ways that promote trust, understanding, love and joy between ourselves and our children and away from methods of relating to children that rely on fear, control, anger and praise/punishment. It is through respectful parenting practices and mutual trust between child and parent, that we keep alive the spark of curiosity and the natural love of learning that all people are born with. If these words resonate with you, join us today!
**Please be aware: this group is comprised of people from many different religious backgrounds.**
