    Statement of Faith:

    HSLDA: Membership required-group discount available through OLG

    General description (or Mission Statement): In accordance with the Magesterium of the Catholic Church, OLG serves all Catholic families that are willing to provide and adequate and legal education for their children in the state of Alabama and has been doing so since 1990.

    Requirements: At least one parent of OLG students must be Catholic; At least one parent must attend one of the yearly registration/orientation days; HSLDA membership is required for admittance; Member families must submit yearly attendance records and must maintain a daily lesson planner or work log.

    Fees: Differing Membership levels ranging in fees from $50 to $125.00/year regardless of the number of students per family

    Services: OLG has a lending library of home schooling books that may be checked out monthly OR yearly; Stanford Achievement Tests are offered each Spring for a fee; transcripts upon request for a fee; Our Lady of Guadalupe feast day celebration each Dec. 12th.
