You would fit best in this group if you hold the philosophical viewpoint that opinions should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, religion, or other dogmas. What you do beyond the homeschool classroom is of no consequence here.

We include and celebrate families across the spectrum of homeschooling styles and philosophies, and have no official political, philosophical, or religious orientation. SHS exists both as an active online resource and an IRL alternative to other local homeschool groups as a place for hsers to play, learn, and relax with each other in a context where homeschooling is the primary common denominator.

- INCH - Inland Northwest Christian Homeschoolers - A Christian co-op and support group, serving homeschoolers in Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas. INCH is not a drop-off program or a school, but a co-op run solely by volunteer moms and dads. We offer homeschool students, from preschool through high school, an assortment of academic and enrichment classes and social activities to supplement their homeschooling experience, as well as classes and workshops to encourage and support homeschooling moms. Field trips, service projects, events, and parties will also be scheduled throughout the year. All of our classes are taught by volunteer moms and dads, and we rely on God's guidance for all of our activities.
